Eligible retail orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Wholesale order returns are governed by the executed wholesale agreement with the brand partner. Standard terms cover damaged, defective, or misshipped product reported within 7 business days of receipt.
Opened personal care, fragrance, and supplement products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective.
